If a plan lapses, nothing on your shelf breaks: every ref keeps redirecting to its last target forever. You only lose editing of the refs beyond the free 5, and get it back when you renew.

What happens when I stop paying?
Nothing you printed breaks. Every ref keeps redirecting to its last target, forever. The refs beyond your free 5 become read-only until you renew; then you edit them again. We never delete an id.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, yearly, so your collection does not go read-only because of a forgotten date. You get a receipt by email each time, and you can cancel from your account page in two clicks: the plan then runs to the end of the paid year and stops.
Who takes the payment?
Our merchant of record, which handles cards, invoices and VAT or sales tax for your country. We never see your card.
I need more than 200.
Add another block of 200 for another USD 5 a year, from your account page, as many times as you like. Larger needs, or packs to print before they have an owner: hello@shelfref.com.
Can I pay for someone else, or a school, or a club?
Yes. The plan belongs to the signed-in Google account; sign in with the account that should own the refs.
